Windows 10: Window 11 Windows Explorer doesn't work correctly with Outlook opened

We are on Office 365 64 bit. I am on Windows 11 23H2. When I open Outlook, and then try to open Windows Explorer, Windows Explorer will not work correctly. If you try to right click on a file, you get the new windows explorer menu but none of the options will work. If I CLOSE outlook and then open Windows Explorer, right click on the file, I get the menu and now it works.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
