Windows 10: Window 7 Home, C drive is full and need to enlarge good space available in D

Dear Sir, I am struggling as C drive is full, read your solution but when I right-click on C drive, the extend option is grayed only shrink is available. I am okay with my PC only this C drive irritating

Please help me with the following:

1. What is the make and model number of your Computer?
   

Please note that recovery "D" is a partition on the hard drive which contains the image of the Operating system. You can use it to restore the computer back to factory settings. You should not attempt to store files in it.
If you have any data saved on the D drive, I would suggest you to move it to an external drive and to free up some space, you can follow the steps provided in the article:

I have problem with too little space on C: drive but lots of space on D: drive.

Thanks for your reply. When I look at my space use I see my D drive first and then my C drive, and the D drive seems to have multiple partitions and only the first one has anything stored in it. So what I have, going down the list of storage areas, are 5 segments on my D drive and then my C drive. The directions seem to expect the D drive to be under the C drive. And the icon about extending a drive is grayed out. So to me it does not appear I can extend even though I have a ton of free space. What am I missing?
