Windows 10: Window Activated but saying its not

So I built a PC a few months back and installed Windows 11 through the flashdrive product I bought at BestBuy. Everything was going great for a while until about a month ago when I get notified that i need to Activate Windows. I look in the settings and the Product ID and Product ID are still there but Windows is no longer activated. The troubleshooting button does nothing helpful and the activate button says that the product is invalid, and when I placed a request for support, my ticket was closed out without any contact from Microsoft. I have not changed a single thing for this PC internally

For verification, now you are saying it isn't activated and Microsoft won't help you?

So now I have a clean install and windows is activated, what are my steps to find out why my original windows install wasn’t activated......

I await instructions........

and apart from checking activation, I do everything else as per your suggestions......will in future check validated once a month.......

  And also you can explain your problem clearly to the support person.
