Windows 10: window apps think im offline and network status crashes when i go in settings

i cannot send a screenshot but when i go into network settings instead of the normal status line there is just a dotted line, there was no error message at all, ive tried doing all of the reset app things and tried getting new network adapters, i previously used a wireless wifi adapter but its stopped working to but microsoft apps worked with ethernet before

windows 10 thinks im offline im connected using a internet cable and when im using any app that is not from windows or windows store it works fine

but any windows/windows store app thinks im offline when i go into network settings it says im not connected even though playing online games from steam and web browsing works fine and in the task bar it shows me this:



the usb icon appeard when this problem started please help

Yes, I renamed the adapter recently (Red circle ones) by command "Rename-NetAdapter -Name "Current Name" -NewName "New Name" in powershell", how can I do now? (I forgot the old name)

Are you using VPN software or proxy services? No.

Windows store thinks im offline,even tho im able to use google chrome and play steam games. Ive tried trouble shooting and looking up how to fix it but nothing works. im hooked up using a ethernet cable to my router, but nothing works.
