Windows 10: Window Blue screen and refusing to Recover from Selected USB drive

Hi all, I am experiencing with window Crashing on me for no reason and I don't know how to fix it.

First crash came with the error DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, at this point I have tried to update all the driver from DEVICE MANAGER but it didn't help.

Second crash came with the error SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, I then decide to run Window Memory Diagnostic and got a Hardware error : 0xc000009a and it requires a recovery device, I then exit to my desktop, made a recovery device via USB.

I then run CMD prompt with under administrator and do a disk check "chkdsk /r" and it detected some error and send me to the recovery menu.

I selected the boot drive as the USB and choose Recover from a drive, I then tried JUST REMOVE MY FILE ,which didn't work and I don't know what to do.

Please help!

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
