Windows 10: Window boot failing

I have a windows 8 that every time I start it up it says windows boot manager failed. Then I hit okay. Then I am in efi device mapping thing. Help i cant get out. If i type exit it takes me to the bios. I cant get it to go into recovery mode. What do i do

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........
