Windows 10: Window button on my keyboard not working

Hello, recently I was playing a game and I was trying to take a screenshot using windows + s, but it would not do anything. The windows button no longer works on my keyboard, and on my old one it did the same so I bought the one I have now but it has now started to not work. Nothing is wrong with my keyboard so I think i must have clicked something to trigger this.

• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.
