Windows 10: Window Defender Account Protection misstated

I already have my pin set, but it stated not. After I clicked it, to set up my Windows Hello pin, the windows just disappear without any helpful changes after I enter my PIN which required my PIN to create a new PIN‍Here some screenshots I took sequentially. *Here, windows collapsed after I enter my PIN, without any changes.*So, basically, my Windows is secured by PIN but apparently, Windows Defender doesn't think so. I can leave it if it won't make any trouble, but the red cross sign on Windows Security icon is kinda annoying for me. Any solution/advice? Apologies for some langu

Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full

 

I can't turn on Windows Defender Real Time Protection

Windows defender real time protection cant be turned on.

Go to Security and Maintenance, look in 'Security' and see what program is listed under Virus Protection. Windows Defender will not be enabled and functioning properly if there is a program other than Windows Defender listed.
