Windows 10: Window defender issue

Window defender found out i install a program and it thinks it something bad. It says to restart but i ignore it.But when i restart manually it does not remove the file. I already moved the file to an usb drive but it still think the installation file thing is a dangerous file. PLease help.

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
