Windows 10: Window dragging increases in size from Dell XPS laptop to 27 inch 1080res 2nd and 3rd...

I have found this question on here before but have not found a resolution. Does anyone know how to fix the enlarged window resolution when dragging a window from their high res laptop Dell XPS 17 to their decent but lower resolution 1080 monitors? I have to pull the window all the way to the far side of the 2nd or 3rd monitor to get it to come back down in size. Super strange and awkward to do this. Thanks! Window11 user

yes you can use old windows theme, aero lite and icon spacing etc, but I do not believe you can increase the font size for text or make text bold, except you can increase right click menus. I use to use win customize and winaero tweaker on XP and 7, so I
am not sure about increasing icons and text and boldness on 10, but by their website, I did not see that in the features unless I missed it.

And people without advanced experience should be extra cautious when using these types of programs.

 

Dell XPS 15 9520 Sleeve Size?

My old laptop was a dell xps 15 9550. Back then bought a 15.6 inch sleeve off amazon and it fit the xps laptop without issue. It seem to be a good fit. Got a new xps 15 9520 and went to buy a new 15.6 inch sleeve. The sleeve seems too big because after putting the laptop in, you see like 1 inch in space from the top of the sleeve to the top of the new laptop if you look at it horizontally after putting in the laptop. Does that mean it is too big? You are suppose to want a snug fit right but how much is that? The Dell XPS 15 9520 dimensions are Dimensions & Weight Height : 0.73 in. (18.54 mm) Width: 13.56 in. (344.40 mm) Depth: 9.06 in. (230.10 mm) Does this mean I should be buying a 14 inch sleeve as oppose to 15.6 inch because this new xps 15 9520 is even thinner than the old xps 15 9550? And that old xps 15 9550 was already thinner than almost all 15.6 inch laptops from back then? I compared this new xps to a 14.1 inch chromebook and it seem more similar in size. What is the width, depth and height range I should be looking for with the proper fitting sleeve? Because the sleeve being to big is not good right? It feels too big but I'm not sure if it is suppose to be that way? What are the exterior or interior dimensions I need to be looking at here? Anyone here could recommend me a specific sleeve for this?
