Windows 10: Window Error Reporting Event 1000

ever since today, whenever I would go into a folder with videos (such as anime or movies).. i would get the windows error report.. when I would check my event log I get this

event 1000

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2894, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

it doesn't happen when I view it in the folders.. only when I click on a file

 

Event 1000 bad_module_info

ive been getting a event 1000 Application error but after getting this error VGC or Vanguard will next crash it is always partnered with event 1000 before VGC crashes everytime valorant Vanguard runs for a longtime alongside valorant VGC will crash along side with the event 1000 error but i dont know how to fix this because it didnt give me any information on the application failure or the reason it just says bad module info
