Windows 10: Window flashes white before content is drawn: my eyes and all apps suffer

On all my corporate and private machines I run Windows 10 Enterprise version 20H2. When I open Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 or 2022 or Windows Explorer or Microsoft Teams or Windows Terminal or Notepad++, or any other application for I work with every day, I am presented a short white flash as the contents of the windows are not yet drawn and for a split second an empty white window is shown.This is very annoying to my eyes, as I usually open applications in maximized size mode and therefore my whole screen except the task bar flashes white.I have to point out, that application d

White flash when un-minimizing, maximizing, or opening applications

Using dark mode on windows, if unminimizing file explorer it flashes white.

If I unminimize Notepad++, it flashes white.

Easier to see when 'Minimize/Maximize animations' are set to 'off'

There's a quarter-half second of a blindingly white app then back to whatever color scheme it should actually have.

VStudio, Command Prompt, and a few other apps do not suffer from this issue.

All browsers (including chrome), Notepad++, File explorer, etc. suffer from this.

Anyway to get this fixed? Even via hacky solution would be great.

Maybe some third-party apps that can fix this? >.>

red-eye has now become white-eye

First of all, what a cute pooch you have there . Now, I believe the white their eyes is due to the flash firing. The camera should have picked this up I suppose. You can get this around by disabling the Auto nature of the flash and turning it to off. The
Lumia 920's low-light imaging capabilities are quite good. I expect that Nokia will continue its very good history of releasing firmware updates to their devices, which should address camera and other issues. Timeframe is not known, but one will come I'm sure.
Unfortunately, not much else can be done about the white-eye for now.

 

red / white eyes on pictures or videos taken/shot with Nokia 930

All the pictures that I take come with red/white eyes when I use the flash light. I have the same problem when I shoot using the flash. How can I take a picture without red/white eyes?
