Windows 10: Window installation stuck at 91%

Discus and support Window installation stuck at 91% in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I used the ISO file to reinstall window 10 but t got stuck at 91%.I have tried reinstalling in clean boot state and in secure boot but it didnt work...     I used the ISO file to reinstall window 10 but t got stuck at 91%.I have tried reinstalling in clean boot state and in secure boot but it didnt work

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows 10 updates stuck at 91% for 7 hours

    I agree with surelip. The suggested fix is not helpful if update is stuck at 91%. I can not run the suggested fix if computer has never finished update to boot up.
