    Hi, i am considering to buy 2nd hand pc.may i know if i buy a refurbished PC that comes with OEM window 10 license, i will also get the ownership of Window 10 license transferred from previous 1st owner to the new owner which is me?Is there a specific page in MS Website or declaration from Microsoft pertain to this matter? some friends told me that microsoft does not allow transfer of ownership between owner, Any feedbacks, guides are greatly appreciated in this matter.. thks.

    i bought the license. My laptop was originally loaded with win 7 and was upgraded free couple of months.

    in this case, if i understand you correctly, i can transfer with below steps. Right.?

    let me buy my new laptop and try below.

    and to my question do you have an update.

    does OS upgrades if my activation key is changed.
