Windows 10: window logo key not working as well as setting is not opening, i click window key multiple time

I am not able to use window logo key, setting, and notifications section as well as network, sound, battery section right below corner of pc.I tried window logo key + r, it works but when click window logo key to access start men it doesn't work.Notifications section , network, sound, battery section right below corner of pc same does not work, when click it blue circle next to cursor come and gone.And when open setting it open without showing anything it closes and also try window logo key+ I, the result was the same. So, kindly help me regard this problem.

Installing Windows 10 using Windows 7 key

Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.
