Windows 10: Window only outputting to one monitor at any given time

Only one monitor is getting an output at one given time, I have 2 plugged into my GPU and only one is detecting a signal, when i unplug the cable to the working monitor, the other one suddenly works and gets a display. If i replug the cable to the first monitor, the first one gets a display and the second one goes blank claiming to have "no signal found".

Windows shows third monitor as inactive. Cannot get output on more than two displays.

Hi -

I have a new computer running Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22621 Build 22621) connected to 3 identical INNOCN 27m2v monitors via an RTX 4090.

Windows appears to detect all 3 monitors, but one of them is always listed as inactive. I am able to change which of the monitors is inactive by toggling settings in Nvidia Control Panel (i.e., I'm able to get output on any combination of 2 displays at a time), but I am unable to get output on all 3 monitors.

Below is a list of all the troubleshooting steps I've taken thus far.

• Used DDU to do a complete uninstall and clean reinstall of GPU drivers
  
• Tried connecting the monitors using both 3 DisplayPort cables and 2 DP cables + 1 HDMI 2.1 cable
  
• Set all monitors to 4k 60Hz with only 8 bit color (though the 4090 is capable of outputting to up to four 4k 120hz displays at once)
  
• Confirmed the project mode is set to extend for all monitors
  
• Did a clean install of windows
  
• Tried different DP and HDMI cables (but again, all 3 monitors are capable of getting output, just never all three at a time)
  

I've tried to upload screenshots to include in this post but keep getting errors saying "something went wrong" so I can't include them at this time. If possible I will add them in a subsequent post.

 

Monitor sound output not found since latest Windows update

Hello,

I have a Hanns G HT225HPB monitor connected to my computer over a DisplayPort cable. Previously, I could set the monitor's loudspeaker as audio output. Since latest Windows update (W10 Pro 1903 - 18362.418) this output doesn't appear any more in the list
of audio outputs. How can I solve this?
