Windows 10: Window pop-up and disappear

Hello, I have been suffering from a pop-up that switch from my game to desktop and its annoying to see it while watching videos too, so basically this pop-up look like a file window, it has no name on the top left part, has a transparent background you can see through it. So I have looked it up on the internet but I couldn't find anything and my antivirus couldnt detect anything so I contacted both Windows support and the antivirus support to help me on this matter but they both failed since the are following a protocol they start a scan through comand prompt and if the scan say there is no

Hello! So similarly to other people I have the same problem, I did try what @simrick suggested, this is what it looks like.




Access denied is a very alarming word---

That should not be happening but it's a different issue...that may be fixed running sfc /scannow. I suspect corrupted files there.
