Windows 10: Window Pops up shortly after start up, not CMD, Dissappears instantly

3 Sysmenu.dl errors pop up shortly after start up.

Shortly (within 5 minutes), after I boot up into Windows 10, 3 sysmenu.dll Errors pop up. I've tried all the ways I've seen suggested, those being doing a clean start up, They still pop up about 2 mins
after startup, going into my CMD and doing a SFC scan as well as to uninstall all the applications I do not need and have recently installed. I've also just run a DISM scan thing from my admin cmd and gone into Autoruns and deleted all yellow tabs i could
find. None of this seems to help. Any suggestions? I didn't wait for an upgrade I used this upgrade tool. Download Windows 10

 

CMD keeps popping up and closing instantly

Hi, I updated my computer to Windows 11 recently, and I updated everything in my PC. But my cmd is popping up and closing instantly, and it disturbs me. Is there any way to fix it?. I saw some threads in this site but unfortunately I do not have the same bug as I saw.
My cmd shows me:

Cannot access file C:\Program Files\DriverSetupUtility\FUB\+ (multiple times).

Window pops up and disappears (Not CMD)

There is a window that keeps poping up and disappearing instantly in Windows 11 but it does not look like a CMD window, more like some program but I can't tell what it is because it happens way too fast. I tried screen recording to try and pick it up but it does not show at all in the playback.

The problem started after I tried to repair my previous Office 2019 Pro Plus with the original autoKMS i had already used. I completely deleted the Office 2019 Pro plus since then and bought a new one in case this would fix the issue but it did not.

All I can find in the internet is how to resolve a cmd pop up (which is not the same as my problem) yet I still tried all those steps just in case they would fix the problem but nothing changed. I also use Kaspersky anti-virus, have performed a full scan twice but nothing is detected.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
