Windows 10: Window refreshes are randomly skipped on Windows 11 when SwapBuffers has just been called...

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.For users: some applications that update the UI - e.g. with an animation or with basic drawing - would stutter on Windows 11, while they were updating smoothly in all previous versions of Windows.For developers: in applications that use both OpenGL in a dedicated window and "traditional" GDI calls in another window - both in the same frame - the GDI window "stutters", causing noticeable faltering in the updates. The same applications works fine in Windows 7, 8, and 10.After debugging the issue I've isolated the culprit as being the SwapBu

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Suggestion - GPU-Z window Reload (refresh)

Thanks! *Smile Sounds fine (Ctrl+R as a 2nd way to do the same would be nice too).
IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
