    Window restart loop during only charger.


    1-My laptop work properly on battery. 2- Battery charge properly. 3- When laptop is on & and connect the charger battery charge properly but some time it's restart and when logo comes on screen then again restart restart loop automatically untill remove charger. When remove charger normally start and work properly. I change power adapter, reinstall windows, updated windows and driver.

    Hi,

    I suggest that you perform Power Drain which will help you skip the reboot loop and help you access the PC. To perform Power Drain, refer to the steps below

    • Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
    • Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
    • Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Do you get any error message?

    Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

    Hi,

    As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below
