Windows 10: Window Safety Scanner Stuck after full scan

Hi, I run my window safety scanner this morning and it found infected files alot, then after it scanned all the drives, it showed me like this and keep stuck here. my computer been scanned by malwarebytes anf iobit protection but showed nothing malware files or trojan before i scan by window safety scanner. please help me. it keep like this for an hour, is it normal?Somehow it does not let me insert the picture of the window safety scanner so I uploaded it online by imbgg link:https://ibb.co/mRbCChpThank you for helping me!

Update Issue Safety Scanner

If you are using Windows Defender, you won't need Safety Scanner, as Windows Defender contains all malwares which are in Safety Scanner list and it has additional protection like cloud-protection, just make sure it is update and run a full system scan with
it.

Do you have access to those files which has been detected with ESET?

Could you post back the list of malware?

 

Microsoft safety scanner finds no virus?

Microsoft Scanner works in steps.

So at first stage it will detect what may be an infected file and it will add that to a list. This is the number you see when you see the scanner progressing. These are not actual infections, just suspicious files.

Once the scan is done the safety scanner will match the suspected files with the most recent database of threats and then tell you the actual infections on your system. If the last number is 0 it means no actual infection was found.
