Windows 10: Window Script Host Error on Start-Up

I got error every time I login on pc.it says, Can not find Script file.with file location as belowC:\:User\AnilPrajapati\AppData\Local\Updates\Run.vbs.I've read about this error And found that this occurs due to malware software, I tried to remove it from my pc but not get succeed.Help me to remove it?

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files.
