Windows 10: Window Start Menu is not Showing the Run as Admin option

Whenever I search for an app it shows like this: This didn´t happen before. Before a menu appeared with some options and there was the run as admin option. I´d like to have that menu back. Thanks for any help that you can give regarding this

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

Suggestions:
1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.

Command/Run Not Showing in Start Menu

is it not showing in the right click menu?

if you want to add a tile to the start menu -

click start and type run

you should see the 'run' command at the top of the list

right click on it and select pin to start.

They showed in the first video you have the option to either use the smaller start menu or the full screen version. It is just a tick box in the start menu properties.
