Windows 10: Window stays minimized whenever I click on any notification from the notification center

Hello. I am using Win11 Home edition. I am having a problem ever since I bought this laptop. Whenever I get a notification and I try to open it from the notification center, the notification opens but the notification center is still there. Suppose someone sends me a WhatsApp msg and I open it from the notification center, the notification opens but the notification center remains there. And the WhatsApp app is showing a orange-like light, typical when you receive any notification in Windows. Then I have to click on the WhatsApp notification window to make the notification center go away. Why

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

For us to properly address your question, we would like to verify if we got your concern right. Are you trying to terminate the notification right away or let it stay visible for a few more seconds?

To change or adjust the time span of the notification, follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Ease of Access.
• Click Other options.
• In the right pane, look for Show notifications for, and adjust the duration.

(SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
