Windows 10: Window store won't allow me to installed on current PC

Discus and support Window store won't allow me to installed on current PC in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; When I attempt to installed it on my computer. I cant a red stop symbol.     When I attempt to installed it on my computer. I cant a red stop symbol. But it gives me the option to download on another device.

    This a windows 10 desktop.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
