Windows 10: Window Surface Book 2 Choppy Window Animation and Jitter Surface Pen's Experiences

Currently, I'm using Window Surface Book 2, 13.5 inch model with core i7.

I had been using the surface book for 7 months already and I found that the window animation choppy and is really not a good experience for such a pricy device.

As Example :

1.) Opening the File explorer will take 1 second to wait for the file explorer to fully loaded

2.) Scrolling in the FIle explorer is very laggy

3.) Gesture motion also laggier than another 13inch laptop

4.) Animation of moving the apps also not so smooth

And also the surface pens will jitter when the hand put on the screen. Thus, it made writing note on it is impossible as the jitter will cause the notes to be very messy.

Anyone who experienced all those problems? Please share any solution to solve those problems. Thanks.
