    Last night I was simply trying to fix an issue I was having with microphone privacy settings. The camera application was stating to go to the microphone privacy settings when I would try to record. When I would go to the settings it would say it was already on for the camera so I wasn’t sure what else to do as the settings didn’t give much options.Anyways, I contacted support and started a chat to which he took control over my Lenovo laptop, he concluded my audio driver was outdated or something. He then deleted all my audio and microphones off my laptop. And he wanted to start a “power flash”

    Touch screen unresponsive after driver update

    Dell SX2210T Flat panel touchscreen monitor unresponsive to touch after Automatic update of "NextWindow driver update for NextWindow 1950 UCS Compliant Touch Screen" in Windows 10.10240 and Tech preview 10.10525.

    This is the wrong driver for this touchscreen but I am unable to find a means of uninstalling it.

    It is not listed in the list of installed updates.

    The correct driver is shown in Device manager for the screen.

    Any suggestions please?

    Windows 10 Creators Update took off my sound driver once more.

    It seems that this is a driver compatibility issue after installing the Creators Update. In addition to the troubleshooting that you have already done, we recommend that you run the built-in troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • On the Search bar, type Troubleshooting.
    • Click Troubleshooting from the search result to open the
      Control Panel
      .
    • Click Hardware and Sound.
    • Click Playing Audio then follow the on-screen guide.
    If the issue still persists, we suggest that you proceed to this support page article:
    Update drivers in Windows 10 and follow the steps on how to update the drivers.
    If all else fails, we suggest that you get in touch with the driver's manufacturer to clarify if they already have an updated driver that's compatible with the Windows Creators Update.
