    Hi,


    Can you please advise how to resolve our issue on Windows update for Windows 10 64 bit.

    The windows update is trying to download MS Office 2016 32 bit update, but we don't have 2016 office on the machine.

    We are currently using O365.

    I already tried the multiple solutions but no luck.

    Windows 10 64 bit and office 2016 32 bit

    I am currently running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Can I install MS Office Home and Business 2016 32 bit?

    I have software that runs better with Office 32 bit vs 64 bit.

    Yes, running Office 2016 32 bit on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit works just fine.

    Windows 10 32-bit OS to 64-bit with a 64-bit based processor

    How can I change my Windows 10 32-bit OS to 64-bit as I've a 64-bit based processor?

    I tried downloading the Windows 10 64-bit OS from the microsoft site like an ISO file and tried running it, but it says that this pc can't run that software where Windows 10 32-bit was already installed. Then, I tried installing it online but it didn't show
    me any option to select between 32-bit and 64-bit instead directly installed the windows 10 32-bit again. Now I'm really helpless how to change my OS to 64-bit as I've a x64-bit based processor. Somebody please help me..............,
