Windows 10: window10 cant update my intel hd graphics 2000 driver

can anyone tell me how to fix this. i followed this video and i cant find intelGfx.NTamd64.6.3 in the inf file.

Windows 10 compatibility error with Intel(R) HD Graphics

Intel's website listed my 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000 as not compatible with Windows 10. But Windows Update had the HD Graphics 3000 update included today.
