Windows 10: window10 touch key board or on screen keyboard always top

10 ? . . . .Is there a way to always keep the on-screen keyboard or touch keyboard on top and dock it at the bottom on Windows 10? The on-screen keyboard is at a too low resolution and docking is not working. The purpose of this is to display the keyboard on the touchscreen and work all in one screen.In the case of the touch keyboard, there is a problem where it moves to the bot

How do I disable the touch screen key board? I use a program that requires touch screen as well as typing. When I type, I ONLY want to use the keyboard. How can I stop the touch screen key board from popping up?

I can do 60 words per minute on my phone, perhaps more now as I've got used to the phone. ( htc desire z, using the stock onscreen keyboard)

Touch screen + predictive text I recon I could equal my keyboard typing speed. Maybe beat it depending on how advance the predictions are.

( hard to use predictive software on traditional keyboards as there is no way to quickly choose the suggested word, where as touch screen keyboards can have the suggested words appear above the function keys)
