Windows 10: Windowa 11 Fuzzy Screen

Hello,I just purchases a new HP Omen laptop. It is not even 3 weeks old and I am having screen issues. The screen looks fuzzy I contacted tech support on both HP & Microsoft. They reinstalled video drivers and the issue went away for about 1 week but then came back. Has anyone experience this? I also tried "Adjust Clear Text Type" and that didn't work. I tried to adjust screen resolution and that didn't work either. Can anyone please help. One thing I did notice everytime the fuzzy screen would appear, I am on the internet just doing casual browsing, Youtube, social media, etc. You can see

Fuzzy 5800 Screen

When I unlock the screen, the screen appears fuzzy for about half a second as shown below. I've updated the software to v21.0.025 and restored factory settings. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Fuzzy 5800 Screen

Had the same problem. The screen used to stay fuzzy 2 to 30s after unlock. I've noticed that it only happened when my phone was cold - the colder it was, the longer the fuzzy screen.



The problem completely disappeared after the latest update: v50.0.005. I've tried setting it off again, by exposing the phone to cold, even kept it in the fridge for half an hour, and still no fuzzy screen.



So it proved to be a software problem after all. Try the latest update, and only if that doesn't fix it, take it back to the store for repairs.

 

1520 FUZZY SCREEN

I have a 1520 I have had it for about 6 weeks now, I am in the UK and the phone is on Vodafone.



After a few days I was working nights, at some point I tried to use the phone but the screen had gone "Fuzzy", I had to put it away, when I got home it was still fuzzy and I was tired, I went to bed and the next morning it was back to normal, I have to admit
I forgot about it.



Last Wednesday it happened again, but this time it didn't correct itself, so I had to go to work without it on the Thursday, Friday (UK bank holiday) was my first chance to play with it, I tried switching off using the power button but it would just restart,
I tried doing a reset having plugged it into it's charger and then doing the volume and power button reset, I gave up for the day and tried again on Saturday, eventually the screen went from fuzzy to garbled but at least I could now do a restart as I could
see enough and the screen was responding, a few attempts later and the screen came back to normal, it's been OK since then (But doing the reset didn't wipe any data which was good).



I know I am not the only person to have seen this fuzzy screen as I found a link to an unanswered thread on this forum:

I popped into a Vodafone shop today and they said I would have to take it in and they would send it away and it could be more than a week, I need my phone and will only do this in desperation.



Any ideas what is happening, any solutions or suggestions welcome.
