Windows 10: Windows 10 0x800704cf

I cannot login to my Microsoft Account in the Microsoft Store and it says I am not connected to the internet and I have went to many Microsoft Problem Solving sources to fix this problem but the problem will not fix its self, this is especially angering since I purchased and logged into my account in Microsoft Store Chrome easily then purchased a $30 Game and tried to download it in Microsoft Store but it will not let me login in saying I am not connected to the internet. This is the first time I have had problems with my microsoft account.
