Windows 10: Windows 10 (0xc0000005) error

For about a week now I couldn't open any applications on Windows 10 due to the error "The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000005)." Basic Windows apps like Task Manager, Cortana, PowerShell, etc, even the Start menu, also doesn't work, although the error message don't show up with these. Files Explorer and Google Chromes still works, however. This began shortly after I downloaded the free version of Ccleaner with Avast Free.


Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
