Windows 10: Windows 10 0xC0000022 activation error

Windows suddenly told me to activate so I restarted my PC and the watermark on the screen disappeared, but when I check winver and slmgr/xpr there's 0xc0000022 error. There's no prior message about activation ending also.In Settings there's nothing to be seen This is of slmgr/xpr
