Windows 10: Windows 10 100% CPU but Task Manager don't shows

The computer is in a normal state but the fan heatsink is very noisy and I have tried the cpu display software it is 100%, when open Task Manage, it shows up like this. Can tell me my computer is having problems? Thanks!

Task Manager always show 100% usage CPU

I have just updated the latest version of windows 10 for PC. But Task Manager always shows 100% usage CPU. Please see the link below.

100% CPU usage in task manager after upgrading to W10

Thank you Krishna for quick response however it is neither of those reasons. I think it is a bug, it only shows 100% cpu usage but everything works ok . Never had this issue before only started after i updated from windows 7 to 10. The procantage usage
of cpu on some applications jumps from 5 to 70% in example : the task manager was "using" 80% of cpu and that just can't be right. Having said that i think the task manager's cpu usage shows wrong data (its bugged) somehow.

 

Windows 10 Task Manager shows 100% CPU but Performance Monitor Shows less than 2%

Hi

Today,I have updated my PC to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 pro.

Everything is working fine except Task Manager in Windows 10. Task Manager always shows 100% CPU , which is incorrect as per the Performance Monitor application. I have verified CPU usage with other 3rd Party application as well, which all show CPU usage
as indicated by Performance Monitor. Someone please help me if there is a fix for this issue.

CPU:Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3.40GHz

RAM: 12GB

Motherboard:Intel Corporation DH67CL

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
