Windows 10: Windows 10 & 11 keep freezing

Hi everyone,I need help with an issue we're facing in our organization. Many of our PCs running Windows 10 and 11 Pro have been freezing every day for the past two months, requiring a restart. I've run online scans, SFC scans, CHKDSK, etc., but none of them have fixed the issue.The only solution so far has been to reinstall Windows, which resolves the problem. However, we still have many PCs experiencing the same issue, and it's becoming difficult to reinstall Windows on all of them.Please let me know if anyone has any ideas or suggestions.Thanks.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
