Windows 10: Windows 10/11 PC not syncing new MS Account password after changing.

Not a question, but a new possible cause/solution discovered. Most other threads on this were locked now, so starting this one in case it helps someone else.So, I spent the better part of a day working on this issue and Googled the HECK out of this and always found the same suggestions:Make sure PC is connected to Internet checkMake sure PC has all latest updates checkRestart PC checkMake Sure PC has Sync Settings turned ON checkMake Sure you are using a MS Account, not Local Account checkChange Password Again checkMake sure you can log into MS Account on web using New Password ch

Window 10 Auto-Logon (Hotmail/MS Account)

Hello everyone!

So, i've updated my PC to Windows 10 and i have a little problem.

Anyone knows how to auto-logon without asking for password using Hotmail/MS Account? I i've already tried the trick using "netplwiz" from Windows 8 wich always worked totally, and in Win10 it just does not work, it keeps asking me for password...

Anyone knows how to bypass this without having to create a local account?

1. Which version of Windows 10 is currently installed in your computer?

2. Are you using a Microsoft Account to log into your computer?

To open System Properties and check the version of Windows, follow the steps below:

1. Open Run Command (Windows button+R).

2. In the dialog box type control system and hit enter.

If you are using a Microsoft Account to log into your system and you are unable to change the password, then I would suggest that you sign in online and change your password. Follow the steps below to do so.

• 1. Click on the link below to open the Microsoft site, and then select
  Security & privacy.

• Select Change password.
• 
  Enter your current password, then the new password you want, then enter the new password again.
  
• 
  Select Save.

Windows Account Password not Syncing to Windows 10 Computers

I have an office 365 subscription with six Windows 10 computers all running version 10.0.18363. Last week I changed the Microsoft Account Password which is used to access: https://accounts.microsoft.com/, Office365 and to manage logon to six Windows 10 computers
that are attached to my MS Account. Four of the six computers synced the new passwords. IE: I must use the new password to logon to those computers. Two of the computers did not, I must still use the OLD (previous) password to logon to them.

For trouble shooting I have:

1. Checked for updates.
2. Rebooted the two Windows 10 computers version 10.0.18363
3. Logged into both computers, performed a manual - SYNC Your Settings
4. Rebooted again
5. Logged into https://account.microsoft.com/devices and REMOVED the two computers that are not syncing the MS Account Password
6. Logged back into the TWO computers that the password did not sync on and attempted to ADD back to MS Account. Both computers still believe they are attached to the MS Account. I cannot add them back?
7. I have downloaded the Windows account troubleshooter and run the utility. It reports that both computers are fine.

All six of my computers are connected to the same physical private IPv4 LAN. The computers are NOT connected via WiFi.

I need some help resolving this issue as I need to use the new password across all computers for security reasons and I really do not want to have to remember what the old password was forever.
