    Windows 10/11 still doesn't recognize USB Flash Drive Annual follow-up


    Annual follow-up on a problem Microsoft has been working on for "YEARS"!The posts of unhappy customers keeps growing."File Explorer" recognizes and lets me use any USB Flash drive Format, copy, delete, etc..Windows 10/11 doesn't recognize those same USB flash drives to finish other programs.Examples: "Creating a recovery drive with system files" or "creating an ISO".I am using a new 3 Mo. Dell XPS 8960, 64Gb memory, 1Tb SSD, 2Tb SATA, 4Tb WD attached drive.All programs and updates are current.Anybody Besides Microsoft figured out a fix.
