Windows 10: Windows 10 -> 11 Upgrade fails - Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017

Hello guys,I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 Enterprise install to Windows 11. It keeps failing at the "installing upgrades" phase after the first reboot at 75 %. I worked through every thread I could find, but I couldn't get it to work.Here's a list of everything I tried so far:- created a USB stick with Media Creation Tool and Windows 11 Enterprise on it- disabled all non-windows software and services from autostart clean boot- unplugged any non-essential devices I only have the stick with Windows 11, monitor, mouse and keyboard plugged in- uninstalled my antivirus program- ran DISM.ex

Windows 10 Update Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017

I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
