Windows 10: Windows 10/11 without defender

Hello,I want to buy Windows 10 LTSC version. I really like it because it does not contain software which i don't use in my daily work.The only problem is Windows defender. I would like to remove it totally or disable totally. I mean really disable because i am using third party anti virus which is good for me. Is any way to get windows 10 ltsc without windows defender?Thanks

Rest assured, that list is normal in Windows 11, you only have Windows 11 Defender installed on your PC, the other entries in that list are for other components of Defender, like the Firewall, Security Center... etc.
