Windows 10: Windows 10 180 processes

Hey I need some help with this problem...I just did a Reset PC and I have 180 processes I have nothing fancy right now im on my laptop Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series nothing special..if neone could help me I know how to close the processes but I have nothing running at the moment I did the Reset this Pc feature for that exact reason cuz it was a runnin kinda slow. If ne1 can help please and thanks
