Windows 10: Windows 10 1803 Lag

Good evening,


My windows 10 Pro was updated yesterday Build 1803, It runs perfect but the problem is Start menu Animation open lags And action center it is very slow To open start menu. However, If i play 720p and higher videos any media players when i click Start Button and pops up the video may sttutering. My icons keep refreshing i don't know why, Anyone can solve this problem? Thanks for advice

Cpu: intel pentium T3400 2.16ghz

Ram: 3.0GB

Gpu: intel gma 4500m

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
