    Windows 10 1803 solves a lot of problems with failed installs from 1709


    A message primarily for Andre de Costa, but hope it helps people anyway.


    Not really a question, more a point of interest. It seems that Windows 10 1803 is a lot better for installations than 1709 ever was.


    I thank you heartily for your help in the past regarding my issues and utter desperation with 1709 which nobody on the planet seemed capable of solving (something to do with a graphics card incompatibility I think).


    I am now much happier with 1803 installed and am grateful for the hours you put in as a volunteer.

    How was this solved? Maybe it could help someone else, since there are numerous various problems with 1803 (and yes, I know many others have had no problems, as well).

    Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

    Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
