  1. Windows 10 1803 USB ports not working after update.

I was forced to install the latest update and instantly had issues. First the wifi wouldn't connect anymore and the USB ports wouldnt recognize anything. After a couple of days playing around I took it to a shop. They were able to fix the wifi issue but the USB ports remain unable to recognize anything.

When I plug in a mouse or external hard drive they power up fine. But they aren't usable at all. When I go to update the drivers I get an error saying drivers were found but unable to install.

While exploring folders I saw the drivers for the USB device was changed by the update. Every fix I've found hasn't worked. Please help. Thanks.

    :)
