Windows 10: Windows 10 1809 LTSC Prompting Users for Missing Updates

We have classrooms running Windows 10 1809 LTSC that we don't want updating except during specified maintenance windows, and have them going through a WSUS rather than directly from Microsoft. The WSUS is set to only pull OS updates categorized as Critical or Security. Lately, people have been reporting seeing a notification in the system tray saying that Windows is out of date. Clicking that notification brings up the Update menu which says the computer is missing critical updates -though hitting the "Check for Updates" button does not find anything.Is there a reason that LTSC machines would

Upgrading from Windows 10 LTSC 1809 to another version

I get that LTSB and LTSC's whole thing is that "stability" side of things. But since 1809 is incredibly buggy and royally sucks, I want to know if there is a way to move LTSC to a different version.

Trying to deploy LTSC 2019 (1809) on my campus but the stupid default programs bug is straight up bricking explorer, effectively turning the computer into a potato. Need a different version.

Windows 10 LTSC Upgrade - Missing Photo App

Hello,

We recently started to deploy Windows 10 LTSC as it addressed the indexing issues that resided in 2016 LTSB. I discovered today that the Windows 10 LTSC 2019 build (version 1809) is missing the default photo app. It is opening all JPEGs in paint. This issue
didn't exist in the previous build as the app was still there. A quick search around the forum showed up with no results.

Windows 10 LTSC 1809 version features update

Hi,

I installed Windows 10 LTSC 1809 ver, but there is no features like Windows app store, cortana and so on. How can i install those features. Please help me out.
