Windows 10: Windows 10 --18362.418 2019-10 Optional Cumulative update

I am at 18362.418 and Windows Update reports up to date as of today. It does show an option 2019-10 Cumulative Update KB4522355 with the option to D/L and install now.


Since it is optional and a cumulative update, I would like to wait and install the new Cumulative Regular update for 2019-11. Cumulative Update packages contain the previous updates and will install the new updates and any that have not been installed.


My notebook is up to date so that means only the new updates for 2019-11 will be installed.


It started showing optional updates packages two months ago.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
