Windows 10: Windows 10 1903 November update stalled

i7-4790 desktop. Ran Windows Update and Win 10 update KB4524570 stalled at 73%. Restarted and that stalled. After 10 minutes, shut down via computer button, then rebooted. Ran Windows update and all went through fine. First time I've had a problem since update from original Win 10 to next version.

Microsoft Windows 10 November update keeps stalling.

My computer (a Toshiba laptop) keeps trying to install the latest update (?November) for Windows 10. It gets up to 33% and then stalls. this has happened 7 times so far over a period of about a week. Any suggestions (I am a total computer dummy so technical
frighten me) would be gratefully accepted, such as how I can clear the backlog of failed attempts and start again please.

Windows 10 update 1903 stalled

The Windows 10 feature update to version 1903 has been stalled at 88% for over 4 hours. This is the second attempt - the first downloaded, but failed to install. Does anyone have a solution?

Edit: The Windows Update Troubleshooter did not detect any problems.

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If you are referring to Windows updates then follow the steps and check.

Run the Update Troubleshooter on the computer.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
• Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.
