Windows 10: Windows 10 1903: Slow and Crashes on Gameplay

Has anyone else seen sluggishness and game crashes in 1903?*cry*cry

windows 10 1903 crash

hello , i recently update my windows 10 to 1903.

my pc keep crashing if i open games with pingzpper program to reduce ping , without pingzapper the game load fine.

i try to browse how to fix it, and found ppl on utube post bout windows 10 crash while gonna play game, the fix is to change boot setup to OC and back default and its work. but after i put pc to shut down, and booting up again the problem still there

how to fix permanently , or this pingzapper program not compatible with windows 1903 ? -.-

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
