    Windows 10 1903 Stuck on 60%


    Hi,

    I've been having problems updating my 1803 Windows 10 to 1903. I got the error 0xC19001-03X0018 FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation.


    I had also gotten 0x80042405-0XA001B before.


    I have uninstall anti-virus and anti-spyware, tried MCT, CleanBoot, SFS, DISM, updated BIOS, I tried to disable IIS, but failed at 0x800F0922. etc. Please help. Thank you so much in advance.


    Attached is my Panther Log, Rollback Log and setupapi.dev.log.

    No BSOD.

    Cannot Update Windows 10 1903...It Stuck on 60%

    So restart the PC to see if anything changes. If Ctrl Alt Del doesn't work then press and hold Power button, then power back on to see what happens and report back.

    Are you running the Upgrade to Version 1903 by installing Media Creation Tool, opening the tool and choosing Upgrade this PC now?

    If so and it won't progress move to the next step to use the media to Upgrade version following these steps for Overcoming Version Upgrade hurdles:
