Windows 10: windows 10 1903 update and hp beats 15-p030nr hardware compatibility question.

so microsoft announced new hw requirements/ minimum hw requirements for 1903 and its been several days since it was released:

i currently have an hp beats special edition 15-p030nr notebook pc. (the specs can be found in the link below) my question is am i able to receive it through windows update and will i be able to run it as microsoft is slowly rolling it out to devices, it originally had 8.1 and got windows 10 as part of the free upgrade program.

Factory reset an upgraded hp beats special edition laptop to Win 8.1, can I re-update to windows 10?

We have a hp beats special edition laptop 15-p030nr 15z that was preinstalled with Windows 8.1, then last year upgraded to Windows 10. Now it is making some issues and we would like to factory reset it to how it came, to start with
a clean slate. Our concern is, will we be able to re-upgrade the original Windows 8.1 that is present on the recovery partition to Windows 10 and how do we go about it?

Windows 8 to Windows 10 Beat audio issues

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

  Are you using Beats audio app or a software?
  
• 
  Do you have Windows 10 Beats Audio drivers?
  

Method 1: If you are unable to find Beats audio App on Windows 10, I suggest you to download the app from Windows Store and check if the issue is resolved.



If it’s a software, I suggest you to download the latest Beats audio software from the manufacture’s website and check if the issue is resolved.



Method 2: You can also run the software in compatibility mode by following the steps from the link below.



Compatibility mode runs the program in the current version of Windows using the settings from previous version of Windows.

  Download the latest driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  properties.
  
• 
  Click on the compatibility tab, check the box
  Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows 10 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done,
  restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

Windows 10, version 1903 update failure

Hmm, this is Windows 10 1809 which is the most recent release which is now being succeeded by Windows 10 1903.

I would carry out the steps from my initial reply to reset your Windows Update components.

Have you checked the manufacturers website to determine compatibility?

Your configuration might not be listed yet, since it is just rolling out.
